FAQ'S

GENERAL

How long will my order take once i have placed it?

Processing time for orders is 2-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within Australia is 2-5 business days and 10-21 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, ground/air transportation delays/strikes or transfers from Australia Post to international mail carriers. Our shipping and handling quotes are final.

How will i know if my order was placed?

Once your order is placed and payment is made, you will be sent a confirmation email to confirm your purchase.  

What should i do if my order has not arrived?

We use Australia Post for parcels; please click the link in the shipping confirmation that was emailed to you to check the status of your order.

I entered the wrong address, "OMG", What should i do?

Please ensure you double check the delivery address as once an order has been dispatched, Bella Skincare will not be liable for any replacement or refund.

Discount Codes

Please ensure any discount codes are entered correctly prior to checkout as if this is missed, we are not able to credit the difference.

Do you ship Internationally?

We can ship to most parts of the world upon request, please contact us via email for a shipping quote.

Please note international deliveries may also have International Customs and Duty Charges that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for further information, these custom charges are not included in the shipping price or the cost of your order.

What method of shipping is used?

Is Bella Skincare sold at any other retailers?

No Bella Skincare range can only be purchased exclusively here, in our on line store www.bellaskincare.com.au

Do you offer refunds/returns?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns. Please keep in mind that all skincare are made from natural ingredients, once packaging is open, hygienically it is unsafe for us to resell.

Your order will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. Bella Skincare reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
