Shipping & Handling Policy
Welcome to Bella Skincare our shipping is with Australia Post, and we only ship within Australia, "with our free shipping policy, for all orders over $99.00," all other countries will have a postage charged, when completing your purchase at checkout. We use Australia Post standard tracked parcel post boxes/bags, or postage through other Australian Couriers.

Processing time for orders is 2-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
Once shipped, delivery time within Australia is 2-5 business days and 10-21 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, ground/air transportation delays/strikes or transfers from Australia Post to international mail carriers. Our shipping and handling quotes are final.
We can ship to most parts of the world upon request, please contact us via email for a shipping quote.
Please note international deliveries may also have International Customs and Duty Charges that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for further information, these custom charges are not included in the shipping price or the cost of your order.
When your order is ready to be shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.
For Health and Hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges, refunds or returns, all sales are final.
We don't refund your full purchase price for change of mind, if you have a change of mind, there is a 15% restocking fee so please choose carefully when you continue with your purchase. If you have a change of mind and your order is in transit, we will not refund. All orders in transit are final.
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:
- Check with your neighbours, family members or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
- Reach out to your local post office and lodge a lost item report.
- Contact me @ firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and lost item report reference number.
We kindly request that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date after enquiring with your family, neighbours and post office.
Once a shipment has been marked as ‘delivered,’ we are no longer responsible for the package.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Shopify Pay, and Afterpay (Buy Now Pay Later).
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
Please note; Bella Skincare are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
If you are purchasing more than one item, please take note that your purchase may be shipped separately depending if stock is still on back order from the warehouse and may arrive separately, we will do our utmost best to ship all your orders together.
